Terms of Service

QapturEvent lets an event owner create an event, share a QR code or link, and let guests upload photos directly from their phones — no app or guest account required. The owner can view, download, and delete the collected photos from a dashboard.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide a working email address — it's used for verification, password resets, and security notices.
• You can delete your account at any time from settings.

• Guests uploading to your event retain ownership of their photos. By uploading, they grant the event owner a license to view, download, and store those photos as part of the event.
• Event owners are responsible for how they use, share, or distribute photos collected through their events, and for having guests' consent where required (for example, at private or ticketed events).
• Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.

Don't use QapturEvent to upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or bulk-extract other users' events, or circumvent upload/storage limits. Accounts used for abuse may be suspended or terminated.

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Uploads, processing, and downloads depend on third-party infrastructure (object storage, network connectivity) that can occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use policy above.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
